What is your working process?
We don’t jump into content right away. We move through clear phases: discover the business, build the Brand Brain, create the strategy, tell the story, then scale with AI systems.
How does payment work?
Payment terms depend on the project scope. Usually, work starts after confirming the proposal and the first payment. For larger projects, the payment can be split into clear milestones.
What happens if I don’t like the work?
We build the work through a clear strategy, agreed direction, and review rounds, so feedback is part of the process. If something doesn’t feel right, we revisit the direction, clarify the issue, and refine the work based on the agreed scope.
How do we communicate during the project?
